Finally! TWICE has made their comeback! "Dance The Night Away" was released this week. It was also their 1000th day since debut by the end of the week. Congratulations to the girls!
Here's what happened this week:
July 9, 2018 -- "Dance The Night Away" released on YouTube. We could barely contain our excitement after the build up to the video, and we weren't disappointed! It's our new summer anthem~
The girls posted on Instagram, recommending the ice cream from newly opened café, "Soul Cup" which is situated in the JYP building.
Dance The Night Away Episode 1 was released, showing off the fun from the shooting of the music video!
TWICE held their special V-Live of their comeback with fans, having plenty of fun in the sand and competing in games.
They also received their first real-time all kill for the song! A huge congratulations to the girls~
Sana and Chaeyoung uploaded a cute video on Instagram. Fans were later blessed with selfies from Nayeon and Momo as well! Momo's pigtails and Nayeon's outfit were surely loved by fans!
July 10, 2018 -- "Naver Starcast" released some beautiful pictures of the jacket making of "Dance The Night Away".
Members Tzuyu and Chaeyoung had a special live on "CELUVTV". The youngest members did a great job on their first appearance alone!
TWICE's episode on "Idol Room" was aired, showing off their lovely charms.
Nayeon spoiled her fans with her selfies on Instagram. She looked lovely in red!
Jihyo showed us some pictures of her "date" with her parents. We're glad she had fun!
July 11, 2018 -- TWICE attended their schedule at SBS Power FM, talking about their special album.
Momo posted on Instagram, asking fans to choose between her having long hair or short hair. We can only say, she looks good both ways!
July 12, 2018 -- Jihyo teased Jeongyeon with her upload on Instagram, telling her crying didn't suit her. Their friendship is admirable!
TWICE's "ASK IN A BOX" episode was aired! They answered questions sent in by fans and we had a good laugh at their answers.
July 13, 2018 -- The girls had their first comeback stage at "Music Bank".
Jihyo asked fans if they watched the stream, posting on Instagram~
Mina caught everyone off guard by uploading a stunning selfie on Instagram. It was a lovely treat after their first live performance too!
Momo showed off her half-pigtails, putting up pictures on Instagram that were taken by Nayeon. She wanted to experiment with hairstyles and looks great in all!
Dahyun wished fans to rest well after cheering them on tonight, updating Instagram with selfies with the other members.
Nayeon also posted on Instagram later, telling fans to get some rest for their next live performance at "Music Core".
July 14, 2018 -- TWICE had their next comeback stage at "Music Core".
Tzuyu blessed fans with lovely pictures of herself with a slightly different hairstyle we absolutely adored!
Mina thanked fans for cheering them on, showing off her present from Momo on Instagram.
July 15, 2018 -- It was 1000 days since TWICE debuted today! We just want to congratulate them for everything they've achieved. May they continue to flourish and succeed in the years to come! They held a V-Live with fans too, celebrating this event with fans!
Additionally, it was Jihyo's 13th year of joining JYP. Thank you for joining the company and being part of TWICE. She is truly the best leader we could ask for!
TWICE's next comeback stage was held at "Inkigayo".
Sana posted on Instagram, thanking ONCE for joining them and cheering loudly at their pre-recording.
Nayeon updated Instagram with selfies of herself for their 1000 days as TWICE. Chaeyoung and Dahyun also thanked fans!
Jihyo wrote a letter to fans, with a picture on Instagram. She put her heartfelt feelings in it, talking about having no regrets about joining at a young age. We're grateful for everything she'd done~
