With the start of a new month, TWICE wrapped up their showcase tour in Japan as they prepare for the official release of "Candy Pop"!
Here's what happened this week:
January 29, 2018 -- TWICE held another "Candy Pop" Showcase at NHK Hall in Tokyo, where Kōhaku Uta Gassen was held last year.
Dahyun blessed ONCE with a stunning selfie on Instagram from their "Candy Pop" showcase tour.
"Allure" wrote an article about Chaeyoung and Nayeon's skin care routine which they previously revealed during their V-Live last week.
January 30, 2018 -- NHK aired a segment called "Closeup Gendai plus" which showed how groups like TWICE have inspired Japanese teenagers to want to become K-Pop idols and debut in Korea.
"Sudden Attack" released a teaser video for the characters that will be released for their game in February.
January 31, 2018 -- TWICE's next showcase was held at Saitama Prefecture in Omiya Sonic City.
Jihyo talked to fans through a series of V-Lives before her birthday and additionally ensured that she would get Mina to say hello because of worried fans. In God-Jihyo we trust.
Chaeyoung uploaded a few pre-debut videos of herself and Nayeon on Instagram which they brought up during their previous V-livetogether. Look at those smooth moves!

Our ever-charming Sana updated TWICE's Instagram with a video of herself singing "One In A Million" backstage before heading onstage to perform.
February 1, 2018 -- It was a day to be grateful for since it was leader Jihyo's birthday! She has always worked hard to be the best leader for the group and had made countless sacrifices for the rest of her members. Thank you for all your hard work Jihyo! We hope she had a lovely day with her family and friends and of course we wish for great year ahead for her and TWICE.

TWICE had their last showcase performance at Saitama Prefectureand they ended it with a celebration of Jihyo's birthday with the fans! The girls worked hard for their tour! Congratulations for successfully wrapping up the tour!
The "Candy Pop" café officially opened for fans to taste some yummy goodness! They have lattes (that had beautiful artwork of TWICE characters on top), sandwiches, cube cakes and so much more! It looked very pleasing to the eyes and we're sure it's much more pleasing for the stomach~
"Seventeen" released their March edition of their magazine which featured TWICE!
Mina greeted fans on V-Live after a very long time, making the day of ONCE around the world complete! She also talked about seeing the hashtag ONCE made for her on twitter '#미나야나누워쪄' which means #Mina-yai'mlying_down in reference to Mina being a homebody and just being on her bed during her free time. ONCE have been showing photos of what they see when they lie on bed. Mina found it fun and told them to keep using it. Have you been following the new trend?

February 2, 2018 -- TWICE's first ever Japanese commercial was released with "Y! Mobile"! Such a colourful video that would definitely make you smile (and want to purchase whatever they advertise)!
Jihyo updated Instagram with many photos from their showcase and other events, thanking everyone for wishing her a happy birthday! She was also grateful for her family's presence as they celebrated her big day together~
TWICE performed "Candy Pop" for the first time on TV at "Music Station". The girls also met Cuban-American star Camila Cabello at the show. They shared their albums and took photos together! (Camila was also seen singing "Candy Pop" later in the week and claimed it was 'very catchy').
February 3, 2018 -- It was quite a calm day for ONCE, but leave it to Momo to make it much more better. She posted some behind-the-scene photos of her from their commercial film, "Y! Mobile" onInstagram. She totally looked like an adorable transfer student!
February 4, 2018 -- TWICE's CDTV Artist File video was released, featuring an interview with the girls, as well as some footage from the "Candy Pop" showcase that was held in Japan and some cheesy meaning behind their dance moves!
The week comes to an end with the closure of TWICE's Japan Tour. The girls worked hard and had a fun time celebrating Jihyo's birthday with TWICE, ONCE and her family!
